ON DECEMBER 5, 2018 AT 7:00 P.M.

NOTICE OF APPEAL

 

Hearings on the following, and for any other business which may regularly come before this Board, have been scheduled for Wednesday, December 5 2018, at 7:00 P.M. at the North Strabane Township Municipal Building, 1929 Route 519, Canonsburg, PA 15317.  All residents within 300 feet of the property involved are invited to attend the hearing and present testimony if they so desire. 

Application of Hard Four Investments of 601 Dekalb Street, Farmington NM 87401, requesting variances to setback and buffer yard requirements from Chapter 27 - Subsection 1303 relating to the Standards of Specific Uses for a proposed Planned Industrial Park. The location of the site in question is 948 Route 519, Eighty Four PA.

This is an application of Laurel Communities of 2543 Washington Road, Pittsburgh PA 15241, requesting approval of a conditional use application for a Non-Family Facility Type I located on 34.04 acres at the southern side of McDowell Lane, with the southwest portion of site having frontages on Meadow View and Valley View Drives.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 6:00 P. M. at the North Strabane Township Municipal Building, 1929 Route 519, Canonsburg, PA 15317.  All residents within 300 feet of the property involved are invited to attend the hearing and present testimony if they so desire.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at the North Strabane Township Municipal Building, 1929 Route 519, Canonsburg, PA 15317.  All residents within 300 feet of the property involved are invited to attend the hearing and present testimony if they so desire.
