NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP

 

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of North Strabane Township will hold a Public Hearing on September 26, 2017 at 6:30pm at the Township Municipal Building, located at 1929 Route 519, Canonsburg, PA 15317. The purpose of said hearing is to consider the Re-Zoning Application filed on behalf of Wynter’s Circle, LLC to rezone property (Parcel I.D. No. 520-001-00-00-0012-13) consisting of approximately 1.2 acres in size, located off of Galley Road from the Agricultural District (A-2) to the Highway Commercial District (C-1).

 

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of North Strabane Township will hold a Public Hearing on September 26, 2017 at 6:45pm at the Township Municipal Building, located at 1929 Route 519, Canonsburg, PA 15317. The purpose of said hearing is to consider the Re-Zoning Application filed on behalf of Waterdam, LP, to rezone property (Parcel I.D. No. 520-003-00-00-0039-00) consisting of approximately 29.1 acres in size, located west of Thomas Road and North of Ross Road from the Agricultural District (A-1) to the Suburban Residential District (R-2).

A copy of the application and related documents are available at the Township during regular business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend and give comment.

ON OCTOBER 4, 2017 AT 7:00 P.M.

NOTICE OF APPEAL

 

Hearings on the following, and for any other business which may regularly come before this Board, have been scheduled for Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. at the North Strabane Township Municipal Building, 1929 Route 519, Canonsburg, PA 15317.  All residents within 300 feet of the property involved are invited to attend the hearing and present testimony if they so desire. 

Continuation of hearing for Dale and Lesley DeAngelo, 171 E. College Street, Canonsburg, requesting an appeal to the requirement that a medical clinic in an R-3 zoning district be affiliated with nursing home, assisted living facility and the like, for a proposed medical clinic at 205 McClelland Road Canonsburg, PA.

Re-consideration of request of Jim Ceklosky, 253 Village Drive, Canonsburg, requesting a special exception for a home occupation, as a wine production facility, to be located at 253 Village Drive, Canonsburg, PA.

Application of Andrew J. Tarnik, 333 Green Valley Road, Eighty Four, PA 15330, requesting a variance to Section 1403.C, relating to side yard setback for a storage structure, already constructed at 333 Green Valley Road.

Application of Apryle Horbal, VMD., 2810 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, requesting a special exception to Section 500.C.1.g. of the zoning ordinance for a proposed veterinary clinic, to be located at 724 Waterdam Road.

 

Application of Timothy Kilkeary, 647 Thomas Road, Eighty Four, PA 15330, requesting an interpretation of Section 1701.B.2, for expansion of a non-conforming use, with the acquisition of additional property adjacent to the existing collision repair shop.
